Authors Dinner 2019

The Foundation’s Annual Authors Dinner is a unique cultural and educational event that spotlights the Bay Area’s literary tradition. For one night only, the historic downtown Central Library will be transformed into a beautiful literary salon featuring a lively meet-the-authors reception, an epicurean meal seated with one of our honored authors, and a festive program introducing all 28 authors. Take home lasting memories and a celebrated author’s book.

Guests are sure to enjoy our 2019 hosts: Emmy Award winner Linda Schacht Gage, Pulitzer Prize author T.J. Stiles, and SF Chronicle columnist and author Vanessa Hua.
