Annual Authors Dinner

The Foundation’s Annual Authors Dinner is a unique cultural event that spotlights the Bay Area’s literary tradition. For one magical night in February, the historic downtown Central Library transforms into a stunning literary salon for 300 people featuring a lively meet-the-authors reception, an epicurean meal seated with one of our honored authors, and a festive program introducing all 29 authors. Guests take home lasting memories and a celebrated author’s book.

Save the date: 18th Annual Authors Dinner Saturday February 8, 2020
In 2020 Only, this Event will be held At Berkeley City Club while Central is under Foundation-funded renovations

Proceeds help fund library innovations, literacy projects, technology, and capital improvements that make a great public library extraordinary!
