Rosa Shattuck Circle

Members of the Rosa Shattuck Circle are those who give $1,000 or more to the library. Rosa Shattuck, a Berkeley pioneer who believed libraries change lives and make a community strong, secured the funding and donated the land for Berkeley’s first permanent public library in 1903. She continued to support the Berkeley Public Library for the rest of her life.

Join this circle of library supporters and help make a great public library extraordinary!
